General Consultation Services

The Utsunomiya City International Association (UCIA) provides multilingual general consultation services for foreign residents in need of assistance at the International Plaza and the city office alike. Available languages are English, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese. Our counselors attentively listen to your uncertainties and concerns to work with you to find solutions to your challenges. The information you provide will not be disclosed to any other party. So please feel reassured to come and talk to us. For the consultation schedule, please see the table below. Consultations by phone are also accepted.
